Class Schedule

We are proud to offer 20+ classes per week. Train as much as you want! We recommend 3-5 classes per week to make the most of your progress.

Monday through Thursday

  • Adults - 10am

  • Little Savages (Ages 4 - 9) - 5pm

  • Youth (Ages 9 - 13) - 6pm

  • Adults - 7pm

Tuesday and Thursday​

  • Adults - 6am

Saturday​

  • Kids - 10am

  • Adults - 11am

* Unscheduled classes will be announced on social media

** Our coaching staff also offers private lessons
